The Sport and Recreation Complaints and Mediation Service is a complaints and mediation service for sport and recreation across Aotearoa New Zealand. The service is operated by Immediation New Zealand Limited, which has been contracted by Sport NZ to run the service independent of any sporting bodies, clubs and organisations.
