driveway dispute the drive mentioned in the day vrs diver dispute is in fact a shared driveway used by myself Michael kett 103a mr hadlee 103 and mr day 105 harris crescent as I have always taken on the responsibilty of maintaining the driveway I am bewildered as to how such an excavation as stated by the peter diver company could escape my attention. the gravel surface on the driveway shows no sign of having been disrupted by the amount of soil that peter diver claims had to be shifted to make a pipe repair as the driveway is shared collectively mr hadlee and myself would like to employ the peter diver company to again expose the pipe repair to ensure that its depth is as correct as they maintain regards michaell kett 103a harris crescent
