The Team

The Bennett Realty team comprises personnel who have been involved in the Retirement Aged Care sector for a number of years. The principal sales person, Mrs Susan Bennett, has been involved in a considerable number of transactions of small and large complexes throughout New Zealand. She has been supported in recent times by Mr Hamish Bennett, who is also a manager of the families’ retirement village/aged care facility in Christchurch.

The licensee of the firm is Mr Bill Bennett who has been involved in valuation and consultancy within the aged care industry.

Overall the Bennett team has a very good understanding of the aged care/retirement village industry, the buyers in the market place, etc.

In the last few years the Bennett Realty Sales and Investment team has advised on over NZ$200,000,000 in aged care/village investment transactions across a range of clients.
