Butler Auto Mart

Normally we have been dealing with your Hornby Branch and been well satisfied with the service and staff. Recently when wishing to purchase items on some occasions it has been when your staff member Miraj Partel has been on duty at this branch. Unfortunately his manner and attitude is such that if he is there we prefer to not purchase/deal with this person. As we live in West Melton it is most convenient for us to deal with Hornby branch but if he is on duty we prefer to go on in to Sydenham instead. Just last week we encountered Mr Partel and his arrogant attitude in which case it made up our mind not to deal with him for the future if he is there. Most likely we will ring the branch first and either travel to town or wait for his day off. Best Wishes G HoldawaySmith.
