Unfriendly and inadequate service
I visited the Colombo St corner of Fisher Ave shop. Sales person at desk was not at all friendly appearing detached and unhelpful. I greeted him first and stated what it was I wanted rather than the other way around. I wanted to send flowers to The Netherlands. First, he proceeded to write down on an invoice pad $39.90 then he asked me “how much do you want to spend?” I answered “what price range do you have?” This required him to ask another chap who was arranging flowers directly above him. The minimum I was told was $100.00 plus a delivery fee of ? $39.90. I was somewhat taken aback and replied “I had around $75.00 in mind”. The sales assistant did not provide any further advice or suggest any other alternatives. A very disappointing experience.
