Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. staff manages all of the Total Cover and Goldcare furniture Protection Plans claims/repairs across New Zealand.
We support Furniturecare and Goldcare retailers through training (product knowledge training) and advice on Protection Plan FAQ.

We have approximately 25 trained applicators all across New Zealand that apply Fabric protection (supershield with Healthguard) and Pelle Leather conditioner/protectant to lounge suites.
We have developed strong relationships with transport firms, leather repairers, upholsterers, fabric providers and furniture manufacturers across the country. We arrange Protection Plan repairs on behalf of customers utilizing this network. We also offer a repair facilitation service where-by we arrange repairs on behalf of retailers, manufacturers and customers.
