Driver did not seem to know the shortest route and did not use his GPS, expecting the customer to guide him and from my opinion, not choosing the best route at all. Normal fare for that journey is around $75

Driver was rude and charged me $40 for literally a 2 minute journey. When questioned he told me it’s because he had waited 4 hrs for a customer! This was not my fault. Do not use under any circumstances

Arrived in Christchurch on last flight from wellington on Sunday evening. Majority of cabs available were Mainland, not my preference but limited choice. Short distance to ilam, normal charge $29, charged $49. Road works do have an impact but not 2 thirds added km’s. No meter visible. Will NEVER use again and feedback to airport.

Midnite flight into ChCH.One of our new immigrants couldn’t understand the Kings english and had to spell out street address for him. Blue Star Taxi charged $22.00. This Ahole $35.00 for same route.. Queried and he said Night rate WTF. Should be in jail.

For your drivers to rely onGPS they need to have reasonable spelling. A taxi from Harewood Airport to Harewood Road Papanui – driver did not know where Harewood Road was and could not spell it to enter in GPS. Abysmal.

Registration PMG396 – No metre on display until drive was complete, he kept opening the arm rest console and I could hear these beeping noises (clearly ramping up the metre) Charged $100 for a 10 minute drive which I do weekly, Uber normally charges $30 MAX. Was pushy asking m e to book him for a return journey and I said NO but he insisted he was going to book me anyway and I have to ring and cancel if I don’t want it. The cab was repulsive. Disgusting and no air conditioniong so I was melting in the back. I am taking this further because it’s not just being ripped off, it’s intimidation and feeling unsafe.

Disgusting 🤮 charged $40 just to drive 1km down the road! Driver claimed to not speak English. A rat shit experience and I’m so appalled at how they have the cheek to not turn the metre on them make up a price. I have his number plate and I’ll be blasting this tragic company! Shame on you and all of the bad reviews you have as company.

A guest of ours delivered from the Airport to our Central Hotel in Christchurch. Our guest referring to the Taxi as a horrible experience. Dirty and dented Car from the outside, dirty inside and stunk of Cigarette Smoke. Very very unhealthy for those who don’t smoke and are health conscious. Taxi No..26. Guys take pride in your work. A slack visual sight is often a slack attitude from within. Takes 10 mins to wash your vehicle. Don’t drive around with dents as its your occupation and a bad look for the company. No class whatsoever.

Can someone please explain to me how a 15 min ride from the airport to cbd that should be $25-30 was instead $53? The driver, Amit, explained to me there’s a $3 surcharge and I told him it’s not about the surcharge it’s about the extra $20-25 that came out of nowhere??

We agreed to share a ride and pay cash $40 and the other guy pay $40 (which he paid). Ride from airport to parklands. We got to parklands and the Metre said $76. I gave him $40 and he demanded $60. When I questioned it, and asked for the name of the company he turned around and started to say I was abusing him and aggressive. He continued in this vein for some time. Do not use this service

more than twice the price of an uber!! $11 into town by uber, over $30 to get home. What a rip off and cab was unmarked on the stand. I had to ask the name of the company! Crappy card charges, driver wanted cash WTF! Avoid this company!

I got off a late flight, couldn’t get internet so as I was tired got one of your taxis. He only had to go to Burnside from airport so not even 5 kms added the charges and it came up as $30 but said I could give him $35 I mean what a rip off. No wonder everyone uses Uber

I used this company from city to Sumner at 11:30 pm. On the way home, driver said he only takes cash and if I didn’t have cash we would need to stop and get cash from an atm. When I said this is crazy that he doesn’t take credit or debit, he pulled over and told me I was to pay the fare and get out on the side of the road. As a woman travelling alone, I would never use this company again.

Airport to Burnside address exorbitant. Driver unable to help with cabin luggage because of disability. No GPS and had no idea of the layout of Burnside. We had to direct. Next time I will decline and choose another cab company even if not first in line waiting.

Was the biggest rip off ever as i found out after we accidentally left a bag in the cab looked online to try contact them we were chaged 65 from ch ch airport to ferry rd in town then had no luck getting hold of taxi driver who happily kept our bag i guess what an absolute shit company dont ever use them

Short ride from airport to 159 Orchard Road (1.9km), didn’t start the meter then tried to charge us $20 min then proceeded to argue with us when we said $16.60 max. He told us to get our bags out and get out of his taxi. Not sure why he felt it was our fault he started at 5am, had a sore face and forgot to start the meter.

Cab smelt of curry. I gave the driver my address but he didnt have a GPS and kept asking for directions. Ended up taking me out of the way and overcharging $50 Airport to Ilam.

Wouldn’t recommend this company $30 dearer than the cab I took in the morning for exact same route. Missed my street even with me saying turn right turn right. Turned down another street on the wrong side of the road.
