Kia Ora, Kumusta, Talofa and Hello.
St Mary’s School is a Catholic Primary School for boys and girls up to Year 8 and was established by the Sisters of Mercy in 1894. Our aim is to provide a Catholic education which encourages all pupils to realise their full potential in the family, community and society.
Our recent complete school rebuild has been an exciting new development. These new buildings enable our students to learn in a modern attractive environment with flexible learning spaces. This development opens a new chapter in our proud history of education on this site over 122 years. Our central location on Manchester St (Bealey Ave end) enables us to access many of the city’s best facilities. We are in a prime position to take advantage of the new central city as the rebuild takes place. Already, this has enabled an exciting range of learning opportunities.
At St Mary’s School we pride ourself on our diverse range of cultures and the small school family atmosphere which is evident throughout. All our children are valued and nurtured in a supportive Catholic environment.
We welcome any interest and encourage you to contact us for further information.
