Excellent customer service
Couldnt have had better service from The Fitting Room. Although I was fitted and initially thought the bra was comfortable, a day’s wearing proved otherwise. I expected that The Fitting Room might baulk at refunding me since I had previously agreed that the garment was comfortable. The refund was processed immediately, no questions asked. A lot of businesses will only issue you with a credit, not a refund. Very impressed.
