It was disappointing as a tenant to talk to a business representative on the phone and be told that it is not guaranteed that they will get back to you if they decide that it is unimportant. In dealing with Wolfbrook: Do not expect property maintenance. Do not expect a response unless its something that they want from you. Do not expect anyone to answer their phones.
