Untrained Staff
As every other week day morning I rock up to Z Moorhouse at around 3am to grab a coffee on my way to work. There was a young guy with long hair working behind the counter and I asked him for a large Cappuccino with cinnamon and one sugar, to which he replied “sorry I haven’t been trained to make Cappuccino yet, but I can make you a Latte coffee” I said if I wanted a Latte I would have asked for one. If this guy is not fully trained in coffee making then he should have another fully trained employee there until he is fully competent. I left there and went to Z Addington only to find it was closed due to staff shortages as a result of covid-19. I finally went to Z Curletts Rd and the nice young guy there knew what he was doing and made a great cup of coffee. Training Z Moorhouse, Training ! !
