Condell Retirement Village is registered under the Retirement Villages Act and allows residents to enjoy a safe and secure environment with separate villas offering privacy and full independent living. Condell has 24 hours a day, 7 days a week help and monitoring available.

We have 3 different types of villas available, all are sunny and attractively decorated. The differences are their sizes and cladding.
