The Curator’s House

Situated in the picturesque Botanic Gardens, the Curator’s House serves authentic Spanish Cuisine. Our chef from Barcelona creates truly tapas such as award winning Chorizo Garcia cooked in cider & Cloudy Bay Clams a la Marinera.  Traditional Spanish main courses include Cordero Asado (Slow roasted alpine lamb shoulder) & Spanish Paella served in its pan.
