The afternoon and night staff are terrible. Half of them don't speak english or understand english and it makes service for customers unbearable. The last 2 times I have been to Halswell BP I have had to go inside and ask to have the pump activated after waiting at the pump for over 5 minutes. Even after going inside to request gas, I've gone back outside and still the pump has not been activated. When I go inside to inquire, the staff just act like they don't understand what's being said. PLEASE can you get back staff that know what their job is, so the customer doesn't get so annoyed with the service. Since Josh, Reagan and Brigette left the service, the staff work ethic and prices are not worth it. I will go anywhere but there from now on, because the service is not worth the grief. especially if it is a result of nepotism. Really dissapointing. I have made reviews in the past for this garage, highlighting the amazing performance from staff there, as you can see since those staff left, this is how I feel about that BP now. SAD
